What we do
We strive to ensure that all of our players are consistently exposed to experiences and environments that are an exciting addition to their football journey, allowing for success on and off the pitch for years to come.
Match Squads:
Our Match Squads provide a pathway to Academy and Semi-Professional Senior football, by offering the closest possible ‘Academy’ experience for our players.
Progression Sessions:
For the majority, our Progression Sessions provide quality coaching and provisions that add to and compliment their grassroots football. For some, there will also be an opportunity to progress into Junior Premier League football via our Match Squads or other similar programmes.
How we do it:
To achieve all of this we use a streamlined version of the current Exeter City FC Academy curriculum, overseen by a former ECFC Academy Senior Management Team member and UEFA ‘A’ & ‘B’ Licence Coaches and Coach Developers.
